Please use the Parent/Student Technology Assistance Form in order to request assistance on student issues with technology at home.

LUNCH FORMS

To help maximize the district's ability to receive federal grant funding, all families in grades 6-12 are asked to complete the 2019-20 Free and Reduced Meal Application. Families in grades K-5 are asked to complete the 2019-20 Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) application.

**Please note families may have to submit both a free and reduced application and CEP application if they have children in both K-5 and 6-12. Visit the Food Services page for more information.
