  • LUNCH FORMS

    To help maximize the district's ability to receive federal grant funding, all families in grades 6-12 are asked to complete the 2019-20 Free and Reduced Meal Application. Families in grades K-5 are asked to complete the 2019-20 Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) application.

    **Please note families may have to submit both a free and reduced application and CEP application if they have children in both K-5 and 6-12. Visit the Food Services page for more information.
